Portland Police are investigating a stabbing early Monday morning. The Portland Police Department is investigating a stabbing incident that occurred early Monday morning in the 300 block of Northwest Flanders. The victim was found with a non-life-threatening stab wound and initially reluctant to provide any information about the incident. He was taken to a hospital, where he is currently in a stable condition.
