The restaurant was established ten years ago to showcase the value of Thai food, with the owner, Earl Ninsom, stating that he started Langbaan to show that Thai food is more diverse than what America has seen.

“We started Langbaan 10 years ago just to show that Thai food has much, much more than what America has seen,” said Earl Ninsom, executive chef and owner.
