Heathman Hotel leadership appointments strengthen operations, sales and restaurant management ahead of the property’s 2027 centennial. Heathman Hotel in Portland, Oregon, has announced three leadership appointments ahead of its 100th anniversary in 2027. Daryn Cyrus will be Managing Director, Paige Carlson as Director of Sales & Marketing, and Tyler Groom as Restaurant General Manager. The appointments align with Heathman Hotel's focus on guest experience, sales growth, and the continued development of its hospitality offering. As Managing Director Cyrus will oversee the hotel's operations and strategic direction, while Carlson will focus on sales development. Groom will oversee operations of Bar Sprezzatura, the Italian-inspired restaurant and bar from Michael Mina and The Mina Group. The changes coincide with several updates to the hotel, including a refreshed lobby with new furnishings and bar service, the return of the hotel’s library to its original mezzanine location with expanded lounge seating, and restoration of design details highlighting the building’�s original architecture.
