Salm police arrest man accused of kidnapping woman at gunpoint
Luis Pantoja-Guzman was arrested on Dec. 28 and faces multiple charges including kidnapping and unlawful use of a weapon, according to Salem police. Salem, Oregon, police have arrested Luis Pantoja-Guzman for allegedly kidnapping a woman and holding her at gunpoint. The incident occurred after an 18-year-old reported his mother's disappearance the previous day. Police found Pantoaja-Guzani driving on Keubler Boulevard and detained him on a felony warrant. They also recovered a 0.919 caliber handgun, ammunition and magazines.
