Pock wins GOP primary for South Portland seat in House
Michael Pock will go up against Democrat Matthew Beck for South Portland's House District 122 seat in November. Republican Michael Pock has won the Republican primary for the House District 122 seat in South Portland, defeating his opponent Patricia von Schaumburg 87 to 33. The seat, which covers part of South Portland and includes Ferry Village, is part of the northeastern portion of the city from Ferry Village south to the Cape Elizabeth border and southwest into Knightville. Pock will face incumbent Democrat Matthew Beck in November. Beck won the seat last year in a special election following the death of longtime Rep. Louis Reckitt.
